Tasting Note: The nose is dominated by apple and pear, as well as subtle almond, white flowers and orange peel. The palate is concentrated and precise as well as being very fresh. There’s good grip and minerality and the finish is driven by fine chalky acids. Drink 2019-2030. Food Pairing: Perfect with fish, shellfish or poached chicken dishes. Also great with mild semi-hard cheeses.
