Tasting Note: This baby Corton-Charlemagne comes from one of my favourite insider terroirs in Burgundy. The nose combines apple, pear, citrus, crème patissière and chalky mineral notes. The palate is crisp yet with good density of orchard fruits and creamy, nutty oak. A touch of reduction gives tension, showing this wine is built to last! Drink 2019-2030. Food Pairing: Perfect with fish, shellfish or poached chicken dishes. Also great with mild semi-hard cheeses.
