Mâcon-Cruzille ‘Clos de la Mollepierre’ AOC

Tasting Note: Cool site with younger vines planted in soil rich with active oolotic limestone. Aromas of citrus and yellow peach mingle with smoke, chalk dust and florals. The palate is salty and displays citrus and yellow fruits with a good acid spine giving length to the finish. Drink over the next 5-7 years. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobtser or white meats with cream sauce.
