Tasting Note: Lovely nose of apples, lemon and orange blossom with a dusting of oak spices. The palate is highly concentrated and succulent with citrus and white fruit flavours. The finish is long and mineral. Drink 2022-2038. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobster or white meats with cream sauce.
