Tasting Note: This is always a special wine chez Rebourgeon-Mure and this year is no exception. Wild strawberry, cherry, candied orange peel, violets and subtle spices invite you to take a sip. The palate is concentrated yet ethereal in a way only Caillerets can be. The tannins are silky, the acidity mineral and fresh, the finish long. Food Pairing: Such special wine deserves a special dish. Roast goose or côte de boeuf would do nicely!
