Tasting Note: On the nose, aromas of cherries, wild strawberries, plums, sloe, which then mingle with slightly smoky notes and forest floor. On the palate, a very lively acidity and very concentrated fruit, flavours of dark cherries, wild strawberries, spiced plums, smoke and fresh earth. Food Pairing: Such special wine deserves a special dish. Roast goose or côte de boeuf would do nicely!
