Tasting Note: Lifted aromas of quince, pear and citrus dominate the nose. With air notes of almond and spice emerge. The palate is rich yet fresh with a lovely core of ripe fruit leading to a salty mineral finish. Drink now and up to 10 years from vintage. Food Pairing: Great with omelettes or scrambled eggs, goat’s cheese or freshwater fish with cream sauce.
