Viré-Clessé

With the vineyards being in close proximity to the Saone river, the wines of the young AOC Viré-Clessé often feature a very small amount of botrytised fruit with gives them a rich, creamy mouthfeel and hints of exotic fruits like apricot and pineapple despite their moderate alcohol and freshness. These are extremely slurpable wines!
