Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru

Due to the huge extent of the Corton vineyard, there is far more Grand Cru here than 1er Cru. The 1er Crus are, however, great quality and lie mostly directly beneath the Grand Crus. Expect dark fruits, fuller body, and good ageing potential revealing earth and spice character.
