Tasting Note: The second vintage of this wine. Pristine nose of citrus and yellow fruits with florals adding complexity. The palate is very tense and long with bright acidity thanks to the cool site, the concentration got even better this year. Drink over the next 10-12 years. Food Pairing: Perfect with fish, shellfish or poached chicken dishes. Also great with mild semi-hard cheeses.
