Tasting Note: Typical Meursault aromas of hazelnut, almond, greengage and white flowers. With time butter and honey emerge. The palate is full-bodied and rich though with great underlying tension. A wine with the potential to impove over a long time. Prime time is around 5-15 years from vintage. Food Pairing: Perfect with lobster, langoustine, veal or poultry. For a change, try with foie gras or very mild blue cheese.
