Tasting Note: On the nose, aromas of lemon peel, Anjou pears, almonds and white flowers. Then on the palate, chalky extract with refreshing acidity and flavours of citrus, white flowers, yellow apple and ripe pear. The finish is slightly salty with notes of nutmeg. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobster or white meats with cream sauce.
