Tasting Note: Typical Corton-Charlemagne aromas of pristine white orchard fruits, pear, white flowers and fine spices. The palate is turbo charged with palate-staining intensity. Rich white fruits and white flower inner-mouth perfume fills the mouth. The finish is long and mouth-watering. Drink 2022-2042. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobtser or white meats with cream sauce.
