Tasting Note: From the lieu-dit Pot Bois located just about the 1er Cru Les Caillerets. The nose is lifted and precise with lemon oil, pear, white nectarine, white flowers and wet stones. The palate is rich and silky with great concentration of white fruits and bright acidity giving line and length. Drink 2021-2032. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobtser or white meats with cream sauce.
Due the extremely limited quantity of this wine, the high secondary market prices and demand far exceeding supply, this wine is only available with the purchase of quantities of other less rare wines from our range. Thank you for your understanding.
