Tasting Note: Situated just a few meters from the Grand Cru ‘Bâtard-Montrachet’, the ‘Vide-Bourse’ combines power and elegance in a fashion similar to ist famous neighbour. Citrus, pear and fine nutty oak lead to a chiselled precise finish. Will impove for up to 4-10 years. Food Pairing: It is a shame to drink this wine young. Try after 3-4 years with lobster or at 6-7 years with foie gras.
