Tasting Note: La Romanée is a very steep, stony vineyard producing wines with a floral/mineral Puligny like character. The nose displays orange blossom, apricot and subtle ginger and spice notes. The palate layered with citrus, fine spices, minerals, apricot and white peach. The finish is extremely long. Drink from 2023-2038. Food Pairing: Ideal with supreme white fish like turbot, also with langoustine, lobster or white meats with cream sauce.
