Tasting Note: The nose is dominated by citrus, orange zest, yuzu, finger limes and orange blossom, like you are having the spring in a glass. Very citrusy on the palate again, but there is a slight saltiness to it, it finishes with a long and lively finish. Food Pairing: Summer vegetables and seafood dishes.
