Tasting Note: On the nose, the Chapelot is more elegant than the Pargues. It smells of blood orange, orange blossom, apricots and their blossoms. On the palate, it is refreshing and mineral with flavours of lemon zest, orange blossom and green fruits. The finish is very long and aromatic. Food Pairing: Summer vegetables and seafood dishes.
