Tasting Note: On the nose, aromas of yellow apple, pears, lemon peel and white flowers. On the palate, aromas of yellow apple, lemon peel, grapefruit and a little almond, the finish has a slight saltiness. Food Pairing: Ideal with white fish, also with langoustine or white meats with summer vegetables.
