The palate is sweet yet with the signature fresh acidity of Aligoté keeping the wine fresh and tense. Mouth-watering green apple, quince and candied citrus peel. A very unique wine. Drink 2019-2030. Food Pairing: Ideal with fresh fruits, fruit based desserts or blue cheeses.
