Tasting Note: Beautiful pale gold colour. The nose soars from the glass with lemon peel, grapefruit, chalk dust as well as notes of brioche and nougat. The palate combines candied citrus peel and grapefruit with chalky minerality and brioche complexity. Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, fish and seafood dishes, or alone as an aperitif.
