Tasting Note: The nose is typically Mitans with stony, earth aromas combined with sweet red cherry, blood orange and cedary oak. The palate is pure velvet – soft and succulent. Drinking well now but will keep. Drink until 2032. Food Pairing: Simply grilled mountain lamb or porcini mushrooms will pair perfectly with this elegant Pinot Noir.
