Tasting Note: Typical Clos des Chênes with a huge volume of fruit tucked neatly into a distincly mineral structure. Aromas are more red fruits, with violets, spices and stony minerality. Food Pairing: A perfect match for roast game birds or simply grilled lamb with vegetables.
