Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Serpentières AOC

Tasting Note: Lifted aromas of raspberry, strawberry, blood orange and subtle spices. Subtle notes of black tea complete the picture. The palate is juicy but not without firm structuring tannins. This domaine makes wines to last (as the 1966 of this same wine tasted at the domaine amply demonstrated) and this is no exception. Decant if drinking now but ideally wait a few years and enjoy for many more decades! Food Pairing: Pair with rustic dishes such as ossobuco.
