Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Gravains AOC

Tasting Note: On the nose, aromas of black and red currants, raspberries, black cherries, dark chocolate and a little plum. On the palate, a powerful structure and fine tannin, then again lots of dark fruit together with violets and spices. The wine has a very nice concentration and ends with a long, aromatic finish.  Food Pairing: A perfect match for roast game birds or simply grilled veal with vegetables.
