Tasting Note: 50% whole bunch vinification. The elegant nose offers aromas of red and black berries laced with turned earth and violets. Time in the glass reveals brighter notes of orange blossom and pure cherry. The palate is deeply fruited with dark cherry, florals and superb length. This has the potential to improve over the next 15-20 years. Food Pairing: Ideal with simply grilled veal or lamb chops with grilled vegetables.
