Pommard 1er Cru Les Pèzerolles AOC

Tasting Note: Pèzerolles makes one of the most elegant wines of Pommard as it is situated above Epenots on very pale limestone rich soils. The nose soars from the glass with rose petals, violet, red and black cherry, chalk dust and fine spices. The palate is very pure and precise with bright red fruits and chalky minerality. The finish is sappy and long with ripe tannins giving line and length. Drink 2023-2055. Food Pairing: Grilled entrecote or lamb racks with mushroom sauce would be a perfect match.
