Tasting Note: The 2017 Fremiers (which adjoins the Volnay 1er Cru Fremiets) has a nose of ripe red cherry, plum, florals and stony earth. The palate is soft and cushioning with fine tannins driving the finish. Drink 2020-2037. Food Pairing: A perfect match for roast game birds or simply grilled lamb with vegetables.
