Tasting Note: Very floral nose, orange blossom, violets, red cherries and dark raspberries. On the palate, the wine has a silky texture, flavours of red and black berries and ripe blood orange, the finish is very mineral. Food Pairing: Simply grilled mountain lamb or porcini mushrooms will pair perfectly.
