Tasting Note: A classic Pinot Noir with intense aromas of ripe red berries as well as nuances of blackberry and white pepper on the nose. The palate is dominated by red fruit flavours with floral and spicy notes with finely integrated tannins. The finish is long and full-bodied. Food Pairing: Simply grilled entrecôte with grilled vegetables.
