Tasting Note: Corton-Bressandes always produces one of the most elegant wines from the corton hill and this is no exception. The nose displays cherry, black raspberry, blood orange, violet, dark chocolate and subtle spices. The palate is deep and rich with a core of muscular Corton fruit and is defintely built to last. Drink 2025-2065. Food Pairing: Such special wine deserves a special dish. Roast goose or côte de boeuf would do nicely!
