Tasting Note: Typically Charmes aromas of rose petal, red cherries and reaspberries. The palate has more density but the structure is buried in the fleshy fruit and is tremendously silky with a very long mineral finish. Drink starting around 2022. Food Pairing: Pair with simply grilled lamb chops or entecote with grilled vegetables.
