Tasting Note: Approx. 30% whole-bunch. Classic Charmes nose of fine red & black cherry, violets and orange-blossom supported by fine spice and sandalwood. The palate is plump and round as Charmes often is. Rich cherry and black raspberry fruit are supported by fine spices and florals on the long juicy finish. Drink after 5 years from vintage and then over the next 20+ years. Food Pairing: Simply grilled mountain lamb or porcini mushrooms will pair perfectly with this elegant Pinot Noir.
