Tasting Note: From over 60 year old vines Les Teurons is a beauty! Such a shame the beaune appellation is so often overlooked. The nose soars from the glass with cherries, plum, violets, rose petal, cedary oak and roasted meat. The palate is focused and densely packed with a wonderful core of fruit. The tannins are completely buffered by the fruit and the bright acidity drives the long finish. Drink 2022-2050. Food Pairing: A perfect match for roast game birds or simply grilled lamb with vegetables.
