Tasting Note: A tiny 0.17 hectare plot delivering usually just 2 barrels. 100% whole-bunch. Ultra-floral nose thanks to the whole-bunch vinification. Ripe cherry and fine spice frames this very exuberant nose. The palate is silky though not without structuring tannins. Flavours of cherries combine with perfumed orange-blossom and finishes long and juicy. Wait 5 years from vintage and drink over the next 15-20. Food Pairing: Simply grilled mountain lamb or porcini mushrooms will pair perfectly with this elegant Pinot Noir.
