Tasting Note: A Pinot Noir with lovely aromas of raspberries, red cherries and blackberry with spicy notes on the nose. Earthy on the palate with notes of red fruits. Its refreshing acidity and fine tannins give a balanced and light structure. It is even more concentrated than the 2018. Food Pairing: Grilled entrecôte or lamb racks with mushroom sauce would be a perfect match.
