Tasting Note: From the fantastic Aux Boudots vineyard with lies directly next to the Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Malconsorts, itself next to La Tâche. Soaring nose of Asian spices, violet and dark, hedonistic fruits. The palate is very suave with slippery, silky tannins cloaked by huge, multi-layered fruits. Very Vosne-Romanée like in character. A real head turner. Drink 2022-2050. Food Pairing: Such special wine deserves a special dish. Roast goose or côte de boeuf would do nicely!
