Tasting Note: From Gamay vines planted densely in the Burgundian style on clay/limestone soil. So different from Gamay grown on granite as it is in Beaujolais. Aromatics of black and red cherry are laced with rose petal and fine spices. The palate is densely concentrated and clearly needs a couple of years to unwind. Food Pairing: A perfect match for roast game birds or simply grilled lamb with vegetables.
