Chassagne-Montrachet ‘Vieilles Vignes’ AOC (rouge)

Tasting Note: The nose is immediately inviting — dark cherry, violet and crushed rose petal, with the whole bunch contribution adding a lift of dried herbs and gentle spice. An iron-tinged minerality grounds everything beautifully. On the palate, silky and medium-bodied with fine, persistent tannins. Red and dark fruit is concentrated yet fresh, carrying through to a long, graphite-laced finish. Food Pairing: Pairs well with white and red meat dishes as well as hearty vegetable or mushrooms dishes.
