Tasting Note: 50% whole bunch vinification. The nose here is supremely elegant with aromas violet, red fruits, turned earth and fine spices. The palate is not dense but delicate and ethereal with a very long refined finish leaving a lingering inner-mouth perfume of cherry and flowers. This will improve for 20 years or more. Food Pairing:Simply grilled mountain lamb or porcini mushrooms will pair perfectly with this elegant Pinot Noir.
