Tasting Note: Fermentation takes place in the barrel with 20% new oak, and very little addition of sulphur. A fresh and floral wine with a round mid-palate and a lemony finish. Food Pairing: Perfect with cheeses like Comté or Époisses. Also very good with langoustines or scallops.
