Bourgogne Chardonnay ‘Éclat de Calcaire’ AOC

Tasting Note: On the nose, aromas of pear, lemons, white flowers and a light minerality. The palate is full of juicy white fruits, citrus fruits and subtle nutty oak, again with a nice mineral note. For a Bourgogne it is very voluminous and rich with a refreshing acidity and drinks with the quality of a good Village wine. Drink between 2021 and 2032. Food Pairing: Perfect with fish, shellfish or poached chicken dishes. Also great with mild semi-hard cheeses.
