Volnay 1er Cru Les Caillerets AOC

Tasting Note: Typical Caillerets nose of floral infused red and black cherry, raspberry and a very lifted ethereal character. The palate isn’t a deep as the other Volnay 1ers chez Voillot, but it’s incredibly silky and elegant and what it lacks in richness it makes up in length and fineness. Utterly classic. 2025-2055. Food Pairing: Ideal with simply grilled veal or lamb chops with grilled vegetables.
